Hi there,
I am working a lot with allergies and have heard that it has been advised that pregnant women from atopic families (allergic) should cut out peanuts
in their diets. Peanuts can also have damgerous toxins attributed to them and therefore like soft cheeses should be avoided during pregnancy. This is not from the allergic aspect but due to toxins which could perhaps cross over via the placenta. As peanuts are a highly allergic food and not the best 'nut' nutritionally - they are a member of the legume family. Hope this is helpful - let me know if you want more information

I recommend Slimpressions' "The Have Nots" for nursing. Great, post-pregnancy shaper to slim the top half - jelly belly, back fat and arm flab! The Have Nots scoop below the bra/breasts so you can access the goods behind your nursing bra. I love them (Herroom.com has free shipping on them but you can learn more at www.slimpressions.com)

Eating light, but nutritious stuff helped me. Breakfast: a banana & smoothie, salads or light wraps for lunch, and something similar for dinner. :-) Ginger was awful, and so were prenatal vitamins (burping up vitamins is disgusting), so I was taking childrens' vitamins and sublingual (dissolving) folic acid tablets (Trader Joe's) those months.
